Complaints
The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and notify any delivery defects or damage without delay to: d.stulz@nabanskincare.com. Otherwise, the goods are considered to be in perfect condition and accepted by the customer.

Right of Withdrawal
The buyer can cancel the purchase within 14 days without giving any reasons. The period for exercising this right begins on the day the goods arrive at the buyer's premises.

Consequences of Withdrawal
The buyer must return goods already delivered UNOPENED at their own expense. Opened or used goods will not be accepted for return.

Payments already made will be refunded by the provider. If delivery has already taken place, the refund will only be made after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

Retention of Title
Until full payment, the goods remain the property of NABAN GmbH, Hochdorfstrasse 5, CH-6275 Ballwil.
