General Terms and Conditions

General
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries and services of NABAN GmbH. By placing an order, the customer fully agrees to these General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

Delivery area
Deliveries are only made within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Delivery time
Deliveries usually take place within 2–5 working days. If an item is not in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible when delivery can be expected. Delivery is at the recipient's risk.

Shipping costs
You can be sure that your items will be shipped to you reliably and promptly. You only pay the shipping cost share of CHF 9.– for deliveries in Switzerland once per order. For orders over CHF 80.–, we do not charge any shipping costs.

Prices
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including VAT.

Payment methods/payment terms
We accept payments with PostFinance Card, Visa, Mastercard, and Twint.

Complaints
The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and report any delivery defects or damage without delay to: d.stulz@nabanskincare.com. Otherwise, the goods are considered to be in perfect condition and accepted by the customer.

Right of withdrawal
The buyer can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving reasons. The period for exercising this right begins on the day the goods arrive at the buyer.

Consequences of withdrawal
The buyer must return goods already delivered UNOPENED at their own expense. Opened or used goods will not be taken back.

Payments already made will be refunded by the provider. If delivery has already taken place, the refund will only be made after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

Retention of title
Until full payment, the goods remain the property of NABAN GmbH, Hochdorfstrasse 5, CH-6275 Ballwil.

Data protection
We generally do not pass on data to third parties, with the exception of data required for processing your order. The data protection declaration is an integral part of these GTC.

Place of jurisdiction
All legal relations between the parties arising from and in connection with this agreement are governed exclusively by Swiss law.
